Great concept! :) Have you considered making a similar photo with the sun inside the ring?

I am not really qualified to critique another person's work. However, I do enjoy the unique perspective of the shot. Especially because so often basketball hoops are not near such a beatiful tree. The dissonance between nature and the sport of man is good and the focus appears to be excellent.

If I were to say anything negative at all would be that because I am an anal jerk I might like the picture even more if the hoop was centered just a little more. However, that could also ruin the picture if you were trying to avoid that. So, I really can't qualify my statement in anyway.

Keep up the good work.

Hey Shayla,
I like this one a lot because of the wonderful focus aspect and the interesting angle,
I believe this could be still improved by making the frame larger so the whole ring is in the picture, adjusting the leveling of the ring; I mean to say that the ring seems to be attached to the left side at an angle of about 30 degrees, I prefer 45° in a corner or 0° at a straight side, perhaps you could improve contrast I might help the look of the image too,
I said I like the image, and I still do, these are just my thought on how it might be improved,
Nicely done

Thanks for sharing

Well, this isn't a picture that I would use on my desktop...or probably not save or fav either, BUT...I have to give you an A-plus for the perspective. Who would have ever thought of that view? Very creative. My hat is off to ya!
