Hardly seen that escaprment better captured. I presume it is a shot from your recent outing with Old Bob? You and he certainly caught the light on that trip eh? The play of light and shade is stunning and perfectly balanced in this image, Brian and it makes for a wonderful screenful of memory for those of us lucky enough to have been there but never have had the weather or the skill to get the shot! Thanks. TG
Click here to see WHITBY through the lens of Frank Meadow Sutcliffe! PS I have no commercial link but Sutcliffe's photographs are historical! and any photographer worth his salt should at least know the history of their subject. He is one of the reasons I consider myself lacking, by the way. TG
Just excellent Sheddy. I love your use of light and shadows. The coloring and composition are truly great. You and the Owd Timer must have a ball when you're traipsing around the countryside. Excellent my friend.
Nice one mate...give me a partly cloudy day for every shoot and I would be one happy camper. The hardest pictures to shoot are sunny days during the heat of the day, I'll take these anytime.
