The interesting cloud formation in the top third and the fade to black in the bottom third give this reflection shot a nice touch. A slight counter-clockwise rotation is all that is needed to live up to the "perfection" in the title.
I feel that it is impossible to ascertain whether the photo is tilted or not. We are not looking at a horizon of water. If you take a shot straight across a river, the image can appear to be 'perfect!'... however, if your shot is further to the left or right of this point... your picture will most likely appear to be tilted... sorta like the train tracks appearing to come together in the distance. There is but one tree (perhaps two) that one can use to verify some kind of alignment property and the one I chose really seems to indicate correctness... just to stay away from that which is not supposed to exist... perfection! Other than that... I, for one, prefer the landscape format... it just seems to fit my monitor better. AND my eyes beg for some brightening of the image... I think it's all that glorious blue sky and so little light! It could be an early AM shot or perhaps a late evening take which can be brightened to please the eye (more easily than rotated to please the eye)! :o)
