This image is begging for B&W conversion! While the composition is good in this shot, it would be nice if the sun was a little further behind the tree/blocked by a branch more to alleviate the bright spot some. The lack of a lot of color saturation in this shot, IMO, takes away from the overall feel. If the sky was a little more punchy, and the sun spot was less in your face, this could be an excellent silhouette.
"To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."

Cool picture wouldn't have guessed Wisconsin! I agree with canuck photo guy, would be great as a black and white or possibly saturating it enough to get a lot of green up front. Great angle and capture of the sky, I like the layering a lot too!
A lovely simple & subdued capture. The sun coming through that pretty tree, is a bit bright. I think this is alittle lowkeyed and needs more saturation to up the blues and greens. The various clouds look great. Thanks Amanda, for sharing a bit of Wisconsin :)
