I took this photograph on a wet December night in Birmingham (UK). It shows the canal behind the ICC in city centre. I felt the b+w rendering gave the picture an extra dimension.

I too, like this better than the color version. It just hits you more. Very good job. I love it. Wish I could shoot photos like that.

this i by far one of my favorite shots on the site! I found thiS site by mistake..just looking for a place with great photos that could be used as desktop wallpaper. I ran into this photo and I added the site to my favorites. I am now a member of caedes and love it! Yet when I click on the link in my list of favorites..the first photo is see is this! GREAT WORK!
