Very nice photo, love the seagull in the foreground. Good angle and the clarity is great. I like the B&W, it adds to the mood of this picture. Very nice work!

When I saw the thumb I thought I might like this shot better in color...to get the feel of the warm, sunny weather. But upon enlargement I see that color would distract from the subject. It might be better to have more sky and less foreground sand... since the tracks in the sand do not contribute to the theme. Nice capture with the perfectly positioned seagull and the tide washing in (and slowly receding with each wave).

thats a realy neat picture. i lov the subject and its so cool with the seagull. i like your choice of monochrome as well.
