This is Very Interesting! I hang on to all the stone circle and standing menhirs that I see here on Caedes...and envy you Brits for your access to them! This is, in addition to being of personal interest for me, a nicely exposed, pleasant desktop. Is that Scotch Broom in the background? It looks similar to a plant common on the Oregon coast...and the climate there is said to be similar to Britain's.

What I find facinating about these stones is that they were put there for a reason, and it's unlikely that they were put there miles from anyone. Does this imply that there could have been people living in the vicinity and yet there's little but the
Stone Standing to show that they were there. It's a mystery.
