It's "Nature" who set the "scene and lighting", it's only the photographer who decided time, place, shutter and aperture so... where's the creativity from the photographer, from you?
Still a nice shot, but....
My excuse...
I understand that most pictures here at Caedes are taken by amateurs so I realize they can not be judged on a professional level, but.... it strikes me that most comments from other members are usually (if not always), expressed in terms as "good, fantastic, well-done, etc", although many pictures I see here at Caedes are not "as good" as the comments want me to believe.
I understand that in most cases the reason for this is well-intentioned but therefore also meaningless.
It is my believe that any comment should be honest and not out off politeness and therefor by definition complimentary, a comment should be fair and if necessary also with criticism or even destructive if this will help the maker (maybe) in making better pictures.
So any comment I'm asked to give will be, taking into account that a picture is taken by an amateur, still be honest. I am aware that my kind of comment will not leave me many friends. But hey, who cares... I'm Dutch

Beautiful image, the focus and depth of field are very nice and the composition is well chosen. I do think the contrast and colors could be fixed up in photoshop to enhance the image more.
