Just down the road from me, is this small lake backwater, and the colorful Autumn foliage. The fog had pretty much lifted at the time, but some was still eveident. I've softened it somewhat, for the effect I wanted, as it's more the way it looked,before I started shooting.

Great capture...At first I thought it was a painting. A beautiful explosion of autumn colors. I love the water reflection & the softened touch also. Excellent.

Wow, great effect! You have picked up some beautiful colors. Lots of fiery tones....but the blue of the sky is still so vibrant. I love the whole thing!! Wonderful Doug!!

This is almost like a painting, it's beautiful. I love how everything washes into each other, the colors just flow. It's a very pleasant picture. :)

Doug this is amazingly colourful for autumn, you have made a delightful picture, with the reflections in the water adding more colour also, reminds me of a Monet a bit.
