Back in the 1960's I had an EYE operation and was rather bored after a day, and just walked the short block to the station where I worked, grabbed my still camera and a couple of lenses, and back to the hospital with something to do. The youngster had awakened, it was dark outside and he was looking for his mother. I told him to stay in the hall while I found a nurse. It was quite an experience for me as later in the week I was thrown out for going to the wedding of a friend and returning about midnight, with all the doors locked except for the emergency doors.Later my surgeon told me I was the first patient to ever be thrown out of hospital, on him ( laughing through t the pnone call)
Love your photo and I'm still laughing at your narrative.
