i can see them and yes they look like burning coals in a very dark face-diabolic almost.a happy accident or your imaginative eye?whatever,into my faves it goes.i'm all 4 the anthropomorphising of nature!(does that word exist?-must look up!)best wishes,si.

Truly a Halloween-like effect! Love the emotional conflict.... Lance walked out by the lakside. His heart was full. Daphne had whispered the words he had been longing to hear. A loon made its unmistakable cry; Lance looked up and it was then that he saw the burning orange eyes boring down on him....
