"2007 marks the 19th year that Mission:Wolf [in Colorado] has offered people nationwide an eye-to-eye educational experience... Co-founders Kent Webber and Tracy Brooks have provided over a million people across thirty states the opportunity to look into a wolf's eyes at close range - even nose to nose... Magpie's outgoing and self-assured personality around people allows her to carry on the legacy of an Ambassador..." ... when Maggie came down off the stage to greet the audience (we were all sitting in a semi-circle), she honored Bob and me by coming right over to us and licking us both on the face! And a wolf kiss is not given lightly. What an experience!

Now I know where the old saying: "He's just being a wolf," came from. I would have liked to have seen that. I'll have to see if Missouri is on the list. I showed this to my Cows and they said they would reluctantly give it high marks. I had to make a promise to them that you would not let wolf take a bite. Good information and great photo.

Thanks

WOW
Now that is an experience I'd give anything for!!!

Lovely picture of a magnificent animal, perhaps you could play with the background and give her something fitting to stand in? :)
I'm jealous of you now ;)

I have been gone for a couple of days, so I haven't had a chance to comment as much as I should have. ;-( Steve

Maggie sure is a gorgeous wolf and your so lucky to have been licked, to me that would mean good luck. She looks like a gentle one. We have wolves around but their wild and really big.
