dennis, massachusetts, on cape cod bay... there was a storm the previous night, and you can see that the waves had breached the stone barrier, spilling over onto the road...

Yes, I did see the depree all over the road. I frightful that night must have been for those living there. I really liked the variety of textures in this shot, Mary. And, that sky, telling us that the storm is only over for now.

Mary - Fantastic composition - the lines are outstanding. With the lighting, the colors and textures are perfect. Mr C. is right - this is a beauty worthy of framing. Thad

Beautifully composed. Curve of the road and shore, the skies trying to clear, glow on the morning light in the windows.. Saved!

If someone came around that curve too fast, they would be in for a big surprise. LOL. What a gorgeous shot. I love the composition with the stone barrier and that house on the left. Beautiful sky and sea, too. Excellent.

Hey Mary!
Another super image Mary! Love the feel of this day. I also love the textures and colors. I also like the look of that house sitting out by itself.

This makes a lovely painted picture effect. If only those telephone poles were not there-man and his junk. Love the muted atmosphere.

It's amazing, the colours of those rocks! Have never seen such a thing. So many shades of 'bloo' and the way you captured the curve in the road and the sunset. It's spectacular. Isn't it too bad there have to be those power poles and wires! But, no matter what, it's a beautiful scene. Thanx Mary. Verena
