From Lorikeet Landing at Lowry Park Zoo. I thought the expression looked a little "demanding", thus the title. You can feed the birds nectar and they will land on you occasionally.

Stunning capture with awesome colors. The clarity and composition are perfect and the frame job is very pleasing. An excellent post and so glad you shared him. Thanks Charlie.

Demanding and LOUD. The first time I heard a pair sreeching, I expected to see something about the size of an eagle making that racket:) Flaming red and beautiful focus on the eye which is the secret to taking good animal shots.

A fine shot and boy is he red! We have Parrots and they are demanding. Nicely done.

Wooo... I really, really love the color of this one. The demanding expresion & the bright yellow beak fitts wonderfully with his red colored feathers. And the light on the red feathers is cool too. Great shot.

Beauty is no quality in things themselves. It exists merely in the mind which contemplates them, and each mind perceives a different beauty.

What a beautifully colored bird. It amazes me that they come in this vibrant color. You've captured it very well with great clarity and detail and a perfect composition to show off this interesting bird.

He is very serious, isn't he, especially for one with such awsome red plumage. I understand him though, it's just so difficult being beautiful:) Great work.
