Rats! I hit that flower button on the camera again! This is the 'Red Hot' variety of hibiscus. It has variegated leaves of red and green. The head-on view doesn't show all the "inner stuff" of the flower well. Hope you don't mind this angle.

I think it's a fine shot, you handled the RED fairly well. I do like the angle too. Nicely done.

Oh my gosh ....This is totally magnificient!!!!! I love the angle, its unique, and that RED, ohhhhhhhhh my!! it is truly gorgeous. And there is even red in the leaves...I've never seen such a flaming hibiscus! Thank you so much for posting it, and I truly like this angle a lot, the other gets "old" at times...hehe...thankies..verena

I love the simplicity of this shot with the one main flower. I love how deep the color is in the flower. Nature can be so beautiful and more isn’t always better. Thanks for sharing.
