for a quick snooze. At this point, the aviary has been open about 15 minutes to the public. She's worn out already. On the stairs to the observation platform, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa Bay.

She looks very lazy and contented indeed -- almost... lifeless. For a minute there I thought she was a fake.

Wow, for a minute I thought she was a decoy(in the thumbnail). What a fantastic close up of this beautiful duck. See, Donna wasn't sure she was real either. Maybe because she is sitting there so still and pretty. Wonderful shot!

I'm very far behind in my comments due to some recent family issues so please forgive this generic comment. I have viewed this image and found it to be very good. I didn't want to pass it by with out mentioning it's beauty. Thank you for sharing it with us. You have created a very beautiful image and I envy your talent. I hope to view more of your work and give a more personal comment in the near future. Your images are awsome. Very good close-up image.
