Wow! Really cool. I gave it an 8/10 because I think there are a few things you could improve...not sure if you intended for the non-level horizon but you could level it, and some photoshop curve adjustments and it would be even better!

Having a straight horizon line is real important in photos taken of any ocean type scenes. It would be an easy fix too. I like the idea of all the birds...above the rocks and water. There's a nice texture thing going on with that. Maybe sharpening the photo a bit too would make it stand out more with the blue sky. Verena

Very nice picture with Seagulls extending all the way to the horizon. Great composition. But indeed the non-level horizon reduces the quality a bit.
