I just had this in VB and marked it high. What a very simple idea but it looks so stunning. I love it.

Very very new to this, and only have a bog standard fuji 2mb digi camera.
I like the image a lot. Excellent use of blank space. Degas would be proud of you. Nice job of using the rule of thirds (twice even). You have your subject nicely tucked into both the right and the top third.
Now, this image is perfect as is, but offering a personal taste critique, it also might have been nice to show off just a little more of the green of the stem to increase the color contrast in the piece. However, that is not a detractor at all and I definitely admire the photo immensely.
