at least that's what the plaque said on the house.

downtown Leslie Mi. on my way to the legion. I wonder if any from the town is on Caedes and will recognize it? curb side drive by. always try to line something up with a shot like this, it was the chimney and the peak, off just a tad.

Chris, if your image wasn't taken in Leslie, Mi, I could have thought that it was taken in the same area of this one, with the difference that the S.O. Russell house shows more 'grandeur' than the by me depicted 'common house' in the middle of nowhere, ☺ .
Perfectly taken capture!

What a grand looking house, and the history behind it has to be so interesting. It sure stands out among everyday common homes that surround it. Your editing is superb on this one, good color, and the house has many fine details. tigs=^..^=

spent hours messing with multiple exposure combining for a Grand 3D HDR look...then went into Lightroom and a preset i made, 10 sec's later it was done and 3 hours wasted playing around...lol sometimes its just like that is all. more is not always better! not bad for a drive by i suppose. yes the history it must have seen! thats all I thought about when I spot it looming on the corning. of course the USA is a baby to most countries still impressive to me.
