Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
What a beautiful place to walk, and from the looks of the path converging onto ours from the left, we might even meet up with friends and have a good chat as we walk along..this is a very peaceful presentation and provides for a measure of imagination on the viewer's part. As to composition, I have to remark on that gorgeous tree on the left. I have a soft spot in my heart for trees, and this one is placed so well between the two confluent paths and has a dark yet friendly look to it with the leaves gracing it so well and hanging on to their green color in a light way that works well with the chocolate brown bark. That there is an interloper on the left and leaning into the main tree at first distracted me, but it is there naturally and seems to be resting on the older and stronger plant.
The spring-fresh backdrop of vegetation is a delightful canvass to set off the bister and bronze of the leaves scatter on the path..what finishes this immaculate pic for me is the dark trees on the right that correspond color-wise to that which is seen on the left, creating a very nice balance of natural framing. :)PJ
Definitely a fall mood in this walk. You've done an excellent job composing this Nat. There's a great deal of interest and I feel like I'm right there in this wonderful scene.
