Many bridges are beautiful - sadly this isn't one of them! However, even something quite plain and ordinary can be transformed into something extraordinary in the right setting.

It is in a beautiful setting Sue. If you are judged by the company you keep then this bridge has been transformed.
Nicely composed.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.

While you may think this bridge of little account it serves a very important purpose, assisting in the easy access through those beautiful lush surroundings...a good shot and good luck in the contest.

Will the judges be looking at only the bridge in the picture or will they be looking at the picture including the bridge?!... that is the question!! I googled 'pictures 10 nice bridges', got a group of pictures of the 10 nicest bridges in the world but appreciated not even one of the shots! :o)
I have seen some pictures of the same bridges... here at Caedes... and they are lovely! So the eye behind the camera must be more important than the subject itself!

You did a great job of showing the bridge. You created something beautiful out of something very plain. I think you have the best shot out of all of us. Very well put together.

The tree at the left of the bridge is fantastic! Marvellous nature's design, Sue! The composition and lighting of this wonderful scene with the bridge is so beautifl, super!

A lovely wide view Sue - and the vegetation is beautiful.
Best of luck in contest!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
