It's always so interesting the way these turn out. I haven't a clue how you get them to look this way, but they are beautiful. I am reminded of a green clover and then you have the lighted balls in there and the sparklies in the green strands and it is so lacy and pretty. Nice job.
I first met this sweetheart in the voting booth and was blown away by it. You know I gave it a high score. The colors and the movement are what caught my eye in the first place but it's the overall appeal as I looked deeper into it and saw many different shapes and envisioned all sorts of images. I guess I'd just say that it stirred my imagination and fired up my brain, and when an upload does that for me, it's a winner in my book and in my faves :)PJ

I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

It's like the movement of the tides in an abstract sea. I love this one, Lori. The little points of light really make the whole design shine. Happy Birthday, and may the next year bring more enjoyment to you through your creativity.
I fully understand and agree with your title choice. Swirling transparent leaves, gently cradling the undeveloped eggs of some animals of indeterminate species. I really like those highlights along the leaf edges but I think the "eggs" could have used a little more dimension. This being a 2006 submission, and knowing your skills have improved with experience, this one still is an excellent piece. A favorite for me, thank you, Lori.
