For all the music enthusiasts :) I think I'm getting the hang of the pen tool in Photoshop, and continue to learn different aspects of the program. I used different "styles" within PS for the coloured pieces. Best viewed Full Screen.

Comments and critiques are most welcome and appreciated. Hope you enjoy :) Thanks for looking! Lori

Lori this is delicious!! I love this new technique you are developing:) So unique and refreshing. I especially like how the notes run off the main area into the dark framing. Very clever and ads such a nice effect. A wonderfully fun piece:):)

You are not going to believe this, but it is absolutely true. I listen to music on the computer when commenting and other stuff, and I happen to have Billy Joel's entire collection queued in Windows Media Player. At the exact time I opened this image, "Piano Man" started playing. Is that spooky or what? ...This is a fantastic creation. A keeper for sure.

I can see a lot of thought went into this, or you have massive natural instincts. The choice of colours for the bg help the three characters stand out. The choice of her colours makes her the centre of the image. A strong narrative conveyed simply with the positioning of the bodies and the close crop tell us, "only this here matters". Nice detail of the night sky out the window. Faved.
