It's unusual to see 'baby' seagulls and your image really shows this young fellow off at his very best, especially with that lovely background. I really like this shot.

Yes, it's another beautiful shot, and there's not a thing I would change about it. I especially like the way the water sparkles behind this most serene shot of the bird, and I bet she's got a snack on her mind. It's a real study in contrasts to see the water staging a froth of activity behind her as she stands there so stately and perfectly marked with her brown and white elements and sharp eye. This to me is more than a bird pic, it says a lot about what goes on around us that we hardly ever have the time to stop and see. Thanks for this one :)PJ

I love the expression on the birds face. It is one of deep thought and relaxation before the rolling surf. The colors of the bird appear so accurate. Great capture.
