This is a very seasonal macro study. I really like the abstractive feel you have captured in this shot. The lighting is very atmospheric too. Great work.

I really like the creativity of your perspective here.
If I may be so bold ... some additional clarity in your image here would certainly have elevated it that much more. I don't think it is a matter of the DOF ... maybe some technical restrictions? Perhaps? (Hey ... who doesn't want that 12 megapixel camera with a dedicated macro lens? ;o) )
The colour palette and choice of subjects ... readily conveys the sense of the holidays. A very judicious choice on your part. It works well in my eyes.
Edit: I stand corrected ... it would appear from the other images in your gallery, that this may have been a case of you taking some artistic licence. Soft focus et al. My apologies. I do like this ... make no mistake about that.

This picture is very simple and elegant, the the depth of focus is bang on.
It's also an untraditional theme vs colour combination, which makes the picture very unique and memorable.
