I was minding my own business, on a nature walk through the Four Holes Swamp in Charleston, South Carolina, when this odd and intriguing plant grabbed my attention from the boardwalk. My only guess is that it is some kind of moss because it was on a few of the trees, suspended from their leafless limbs. Comments welcome on my first Caedes photo!

That's what I thought at first. I think it's a type of moss that grows on a specific type of tree (saw it in a discovery channel documentary once).

I really like these picture by the way; great focus and interesting subject.

Clear focus on the subject of the pic. Very nice contrasting colors in background. Interesting subject makes this a great shot!
