This was a picture of Escondido taken at night (This explains the extra exposure time from the camera, making it fuzzy..) But it was a good glimpse of the chaos that was going on. This was less than a mile from my house.

I grew up not too far from there. Julian is one of my favorites in North County. Prayers.

was that the october fires i live in escondido my school was closed down and my friends house burnt down

I live in Escondido too. A lot of people I know were displaced by the fires, and I try and help rebuild when I can. Rebuilding is STILL going on, too. Anyway, hope you enjoyed.

Wonderful photo! I live in Poway, and the Cedar fire actually went up to my back fence. We were in such a panic evacuating that I forgot to take any pictures! That is definitely an event I will never forget.
