I was taking a bit of vacation time on lake huron last week. That chair is basically where I spent it.

Gosh, if I ever get to go on vacation, I'm going to have a lot to do with all the travelling around I'm making plans for..hmmm..from the mountains and plains to across the big pond to..even China last I saw :) Then I'd come and keep your seat warm for you here looking at the glorious sunset through the bars of the railing. I can just imagine putting my feet up and letting the soft summer breeze off the Lake cool me while I watched the glory of this wonderfully captured sunset. :)PJ

Now that's the place for a vacation. When I saw this I thought serenity - felt calmness. What a super shot. The chair is in the PERFECT spot. A place to dream the day away. The colors of the sun setting are beautiful. At dusk the chair and patio are almost in silhoutte. And I can nearly hear the calm water hitting against the bottom of the porch. wow this is absolutely stunning!!!!! the colors in the sunset are just incredible, absolutely breath taking! and i really like how the railing kind of frames those great colors. the silhouette of the chair and railing is so perfect. plus the placement of the chair is perfect as well. truly a great shot, nice work! ~abby

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
This is the county Cork guy here. Nice shot. The composition is fantastic and the colouring is amazing. The goemetric lines from the fence to the wooden floor beams amd even the horizon in this picture add nice form to this shot. This shot is quite simply, beautiful.
