The lighthouse on Bell Island is not used anymore but makes for great photo ops. The cliffs around it are simply awesome to walk on.

Lighthouses are my favourites... Really nice work - I also like the arrangement with the frame. And I agree with PJ: a quiet and peaceful note. Go on...

What a lovely post. I was home this past summer and while I didn't get over to Bell Island I drove by on a whirlwind one-day tour of the area. This makes me want to go over to Bell Island when I go back home in October. Thanks for sharing. Check my profile for some pics of St. John's and area.
