Very nice capture of this bird in flight, Tom. Despite limitations of your camera your photo is very appealing. The freezed action of the bird's wings all down and the reflections on the water is great. Artistically very good photo.

A very lovely photo of the duck,the lighting is pleasant too.Try using a fast shutter speed if you can.
