I believe this is what Owd Bob calls the sparrows and I think it's cute.
Took this one today while it was snowing. Have been trying to get a shot of them at this one feeder closer to my window and finally pulled it off.
Used the canon 450D along with the canon ef 70-300mm IS USM lens.

Love the seed on his beak. That adds reality to a still photo. The browns and tans on the bird too. Nice capture.

It does look like 'chubby spuggy'. I would say this sparrow is well fed during the winter. Fantastic detail & I like the DOF. Excellent work Sandi.

Sparrows are thick in my part of the world. They hog the feeders. I am glad they are small because the have the Gull dropping trait. This is a good photo Tigz. Clarity is superb.
