Found these beauties today at the Homestead Gardens which is adjacent to the Calendar Gardens.
I had the Sigma 10-20 wide angle lens on and decided to give it a try. Just leaned in over the fence and shot this one.
I want to thank you in advance for your comments.
No cropping done on this one, and just took the gamma down a notch, a bit of sharpening, and resized. Let me know what you think.

This is a gorgeous shot of these Japanese peonies - I haven't seen any in bloom aoround here yet - I think you and the lens did well.

I think you have reached the professional level Tigz. If I had know peonies were this pretty I wouldn't have mowed them down. They look like a couple of headlights coming down the alley. Good post.
