Another capture of the Dahlia from a different perspective.

I decided to leave it set against the white background.

Canon ef70-200mm f/4L USM lens was used.

Thank you for your comments.

I hope your enjoying this series, and not too bored with it yet, I do have more! :)

Well now...that's different. A foofy from the back side. Very interesting, very pretty, and I like the white background. It gives it a classic look.

I snuck up behind a flower one time and said Boo!. The flower jumped and a bee stung me on the end of my nose. Since then I let them know I am there way ahead of time Tigz.

I like the looking over the shoulder of Dahlia look to this one. Good work.

Such a great angle that most don't take. The white background is perfect choice. Nice job.

Interesting experiment - I'm not usually fond of white backgrounds but this works.

Personally, I'm not too fond of a backside of a flower and I don't particularly care for the total white background either Sandi. I thought I'd never complain about one of yours!...lol...But I'm just being truthful. The focus is beautiful though!

The 'high-key' composition works well for this one!

Nicely done

It looks beautiful but you lose the DOF because of the white background, Sandi.
