A cardinal holding a goodie she found at the platform feeder.
My computer sits right by this window, and I have my camera on my desk, for when they come to visit the feeders.
Used the same combo of zoom lens,and converter (canon 70-200 and the kenko converter). In my opinion this is the best lens set up I have for birds, and flowers, and of course butterflies.

Your making it hard for me to keep up, girl! Excellent color and detail in this gal. I can't call her a lady because it looks like she's eating with her mouth open - a real lady wouldn't do that - :)

She's celebrating their win today, Tigz. I can tell she was into the game by the way her feathers are ruffled. You have things all figured out it looks like to me. Wonderful.

Thanks again for the technical data. My wish list continues to grow. This one is a beautiful shot of the female cardinal. As in all of nature, the females are pretty skuzzy compared to the males :-).
