Many thanks to you for your comments.

My last posting I dedicated to Cornelius, and his wife, and I had sent it to him by email. I heard back from him, and he took the time to leave kind words, and an update on my posting. I want to share with you what he wrote in his comment.

Dear Sandi, In the first place I like to say that this is a splendid tulip picture. In the second place thanks for this dedication, as it's a lovely and heartfelt gesture. Highly appreciated by my dear wife and me. Although my wife has serious and permanent complications caused by the radio- or X-ray therapy that she has gotten, things are going slowly better now. We are both positive and grateful that she's still alive! A medical miracle on its own. The weather is relative bad in Holland (the Netherlands) now. Cold and some showers. As soon as the weather improves, I will try to go out for a small photo shoot. If I will succeed to make some good or reasonable photographs, I will try to resume my activities on Caedes. Hope it will be soon. Hope too that my Caedes friends still will have some patience. I've missed them all. Thanks again my friend, and warm regards from a cold Holland to all of you!! Cornelius.

Tigs♥ =^..^=

I was just telling someone how red can be a tricky color to deal with and here you've done a fabulous job with it...love that mix of light and shadow too...superbly done, SAS.

A lovely gesture to a loyal and dear friend to many.
I just love this shot - the silky petals are beautiful and nothing else is needed to make it a joy to see.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
