Another shot taken with the canon 40D. The settings are the default settings in the camera except for ISO, and WB. By editing the image, I ended up with this result. I have now changed some settings in the camera, sharpness, contrast etc. so will see what I come up with.
Yesterday, we had a terrible storm come through, and so many are without power in many counties, I was lucky this time, but we do have lots of big branches down, but now damage to anything.

I usually just keep everything on default in the camera, and fix in editing. For me that's the easiest way. This is gorgeous, Sandi.

This is a beauty, Sandi. I think the lighting and the color is outstanding. Focus seems to me to crystal clear.

Canon 40D? When did you get that? That's one of the best camera's Canon ever made. I still have mine. Great bloom. Would it be any better with a newer camera? I doubt it.
