Tranquil is the right word for this Sandi - it conveys a real feeling of peace and calm and has a beautiful light.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Just love all the shilouettes and the reflections of the clouds on the water in the foreground. It's also so peaceful and relaxing looking. Fabulous

Very good light and shadows in this Sandi and I see it already was picked in the B&W challenge.

Knowing how early you get up, that has to be a sunrise. LOL. Love the silhouettes, and the beautiful scene, Sandi.

Great manipulation Sandi. I like the vignette effect around the corners. Nice peaceful landscape made black and white. Very crisp looking as well. I can see why it was picked in the challenge early.

I am a sucker for B/W I think it is the best medium to use, great shot. Moody, great depth and all in all a nice image. Top marks and well done.
