From my recent visit to Black Pine. I'm trying to decide if this is contest worthy, or if I'm going to enter The Lion Sleeps .

The 40D and the canon 70-300 IS USM lens was used, and took this through fencing.

Thank you for commenting.

They are both great and unique photos Sandi. The Lion Sleeps is my favorite. I don't know how you get a Tiger to smile and lion to sleep with his paws up. Fantastico!

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Lol, This is a Really Priceless capture, what an expression he has on his face as if he just had a terrible tasting medicine or meet. Another outstanding shot and love all the animals you capture there, would be wonderful to see in person.

He was probably looking for the pant tree, Tigz.
The lion wins "paws up."

To me, from a humoristic point of view, your previous one (the lion sleeps) is the better one. For a fine portrait with both a teasing and artistic touch, this one is better, but it's up to you Sandi.

I would also go with the lion sleeps but this one also brought a smile to my face Sandi - the lion one just really grabbed me.

This is a cute one Sandi. It reminds me of our kittens but also you know how when you laugh so hard you close your eyes that is the moment you have here.

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.

They're both good shots, but the Lion needs a face to beat the Tiger, Sandi. You needed a kitchen step ladder, or raising the camera well over your head and using the screen for composition.
