I'm experimenting again, and am curious what you think. This has been run through different programs for this result.

Thank you for the views, and comments.

The fallen leaves take on unique artistic quality, as do the ripples on the water. I like it, Sandi!

You got right to the edge and stopped Tigz. Good plan because this is a beauty and something different.

I think the result looks quite good Sandi. The orton effect and the colours give the image the looks of a dreamland.

This has a distinct effect, but not exactly the Orton Effect, but whatever it is..it's gorgeous. Very nice work, Sandi.

The look is excellent Sandi- very sharp and at the border of saturation.

very interesting little spot you found..makes me want to see more and more of it! as you know im a big fan of bridges so its hard for me not to like. love the dreamy effect. proof you dont need leaves on the trees for a great autumn shot. this has excellent composition as well, so it would be one of those spots i would revisit time & time again to shoot more of. well done tigs

Beautiful image and I like the effect you tried on it. It gives it a textured painted look. Perhaps just for the sake of critique one stop brighter overall might be nice. It is one of those wonderful images of fallen leaves on the ground showing Fall has really fell. Good one and good treatment Sandi.

I set it as my background to take a really good look. I think its too much texture and sharpness Sandi....at least for my taste. But what a beautiful scene!!!

It's a very picturesque scene. though to me it's a bit over saturated. I love the composition and everything else about the work.

Sandi - I like the scene and the color saturations. To be candid, the texture overlay is a bit too strong for my taste. Thad

I'm in agreement with Thad, the texture overpowers the scene. Good composition of the photo and a lovely autumn scene even if it is late.
