As we are getting crappy weather again, freezing rain, and very slick conditions, I thought I would post something that I'm looking forward to seeing again.

I had posted this one awhile back, and removed it. Not sure If I got the total fix I wanted, but here it is.☺

Thank you for commentimg.

Simple and elegant Sandi.
I like the green on green and the way he bud is reaching up towards the light.
Great desktop image.
You have a real beauty here.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Sometimes simple is best Sandi and this is a perfect example - really stunning and much better to look at than the ice and snow outside - not a good morning here.

Cannot imagine what more needs to be done here...really elegant and classy SAS...snow here today so couldn't help but zero in on this refreshingly green beauty...very fine work indeed and a fave for me.

Like to copy Lyn's comment as she has hit the nail on its head. It's perhaps a clich, but simple images are often the finest. Think you have provided us the proof for that again Sandi.

Tigs, your image is a great harbinger of good things to come - soon buds will burst open and the colors of spring will emerge!!! Due to the severe and ugly winter most of us have experienced, we will enjoy spring all the more:-):-):-)

Nice beauty in the birthing stage of life; a presentation of new beginnings. It has marvelous clarity and the background is nicely blurred to present it. The light is about as fine as it gets. Really good job Sandi.

Sandi - In the frozen tundra, the patience required to wait for this is being tested. ;-) The simplicity of composition and varied shades of green make this quite effective.
