That is so pretty and an artistic composition. The rusted fence is an added bonus adding texture and complement the delicacy of the flowers.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Very elegant presentation Sandi. The color of the flowers is so pretty with the rust and green in the background. Nice job.

Nice, Sandi. Looking at the rusty metal I can see that the DOF on that 100mm @ f4.5 is quite shallow. So you obviously have the focus on the little Foofy spot on. Well done, Tigs.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.

I love the way the foofies look, color and clarity...and the textures in that rusty fence/table/whatever. Beautiful sunlight, too. Well done, Sandi.

I like the composition here Sandi. The rusted iron piece in sharp contrast to the delicate flowers. Nice capture.

Very good work. I like the contrast between the blossoms and
the background, the bokeh of which is very fine.

Hi, this a grand picture. The shallow DOF works perfectly for the occasion and the mix of organic and industrial elements adds layers of meaning to the shot. My take on it is, that life is tenacious, but not guaranteed, and there will always be struggle against high odds to produce the next generation. And as mankind's creations decay into dust, they can find a new purpose supporting small, but vigorous islands of life. Heavy and inspiring stuff sandi. Thank you.
