These young ladies were enjoying the moment. I'm glad that they were standing back from the edge, people have been swept off the edge by the waves.

Reading your narrative: a lot of people are under estimating the power of the sea and its cooling down capacity with the risk that they will be swept away by the current or get hypothermia.
See however that these spontaneous ladies are careful and have fun.
