Sandi, I agree with Richie's comment. I was told that the dramatically decline in their numbers has several reasons, e.g. the better thermal isolation of roofs prevents that they can find a shelter/home there. They are forced now to build a nest in a less protected area, so being victim (the sparrows and their eggs) of bigger birds like crows. Thanks for this lovely shot, my friend!
