I have no idea how you would call this place but a train used to go on it because ships couldn't get everywhere. Now their is an under ground building so that you can look what's under the water.

the shot, in terms of composition, set-up, and perspective...are awesome. it's not without a couple of flaws though, and they're quite minor, as far as fixability anyway.
straighten the horizon (it's leaning to the right a bit), and do some work on contrast and lighting, and this is a masterpiece
I think that third eye and bryancito have pretty much summed up a good starting off point for redeeming this nicely composed pic, Tim. You have a talented eye and I predict you will go far :) PJ
Me too, I second what has already been said. The composition and perspective are well done, and it's a great subject for a B&W image. Just those two minor adjustments, and you're off to the races :-)))

Thanks Tim, for giving a little history about this place. Nice view of this harbour with good clarity. I think straightening the horizon would greatly improve this image. This shot looks fine in black n white. I appreciate your work :^>
