This is a very nice, clear night shot..something that's not easy to do. The only thing I would point out is that, unless you intended it this way, we're all sliding off to the left on the horizon line. I've never seen this building in person, of course and indeed it is a very interesting one, but I am just judging by the angle of the bridge in the background.

The horizon is definitely on a slant; I intended it that way. :)

This is would be a very nice picture. It's beautifully lit, good relationship with the people that are around and the colours are great. But, the tilt dose not work for me. It would be good to see a comparison.
