That iris is really a delightful color. Ours are not even blooming yet and are a much darker purple when they do. I like that the flower is in focus and the background is out of focus. I think this would work really well cropped to just include the flower and then with vertical bars of black or another color or some sort of frame... all the "empty" grass space detracts from the beauty of the flower. Thanks for sharing!

I am strong, I am invincible, I am IRIS!!! Great message and it lookd like a new bud is coming up as well. I don't like the grass in the background though. A palin black or blurred green or pale blud would make this flower stand out well. The flower is great but the background takes away from it. Just me talking..
