An architectural statement and a good one! I like the black and white which stresses the lines...the smoke effect does not add to it.....were you wanting it to look like fog?? If so, it does, but that detracts from the lines and composition.....good job.and you can do better...

I think I'd need to see the before picture to really decide if I like the smoke... but in general, I do love the zig-zag of the walk way and the angle at which you captured it. Thanks for sharing. :-)
