Ooooh... I like this shot! Where are these falls at? They look like they'd be a nice refreshing way to cool off on a hot summers day :) Great shot!

Tris, this looks like a really difficult lighting situation, and your result really came out very well. Great balance of the dark rocks around and behind the falls without loosing the lighter vegetation tones or blowing out the white water. Nice composition and just the right suutter speed to get some flow in the water. Really well done!

Admittedly, I do not know that much about photography ... but, having paid attention to some of the other comments in other galleries and forums, I have come to appreciate the difficulties in shooting a low level light shot such as this one.

A very very nice image.

What strikes me the most is the sense of depth that you have managed to convey about the scene, in the part below the rocks' and falls' outcropping. Hmm, the 'cave' part? Kidding, a little. There still remains, kidding aside, a 3-D like quality to your photo here.

I am curious though ... if the focus were shifted to that of 'what's below' would you or could you be able to increase the colour saturation? There exists another world in those rocks and I would be very interested in seeing a few shots of just them.

Thanks for sharing.

I am impressed with this image. You can almost hear the sound of the water falling. Great job!
