An early foofy for Friday. A bright cheery plant for early spring - this outdoor relative of cineraria thrives even at temperatures in the mid 30's. At the garden center these beauties caught my eye as I parked the car they were so bright in the sunshine. They also remind me of African daisies but are not related. All comments and critiques appreciated.

The perfect desktop for the flower lovers among us. Actually I'm on severe overdose from all of the spring flower shots that everyone is posting. Excellent border, lovely use of Latin and pretty flowers by the barrel full.

Very pretty - they are such a gorgeous vibrant colour. I grow these but always thought they were cinerarias ! They are very easy to grow outdoors and self seed in abundance, especially the purple ones.
A most delightful Friday Foofy :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
