The verdant green area behind the front treeline is the last remaining sugar plantation on the island. The worker's cars are parked along the main road although there weren't many as the field is quite young and wouldn't be ready to harvest for several months. This was taken from a catamaran headed north to the Na'Pali coast. I dedicate this to Dotger(palral) who basically dared me to post something other than a flower. All comments and critiques appreciated.

This is a very beautiful landscape and photo. I looks like a painting and would look great hanging on a wall.

Fabulous detail in this shot, Kathy. You can see the wind picking up the spray from those massive waves. I can almost smell the salt air. Lovely colors permeate this image. The greens are especially impressive. I really love the capture of the misty mountains. Very surprising to see the beach relatively vacant.

I just read the comments above. Isn't it nice to hear something positive for a change. I mean positive because they really mean it - not because you're a Caedes friend. ;-)
